LIFE OBSERVED IN OILS
I am Mike Sutton, a Surrey based artist working predominantly in oils, with subjects ranging from landscape and portraiture to figurative and animal studies. My work is drawn from personal observation and inspiration, alongside privately commissioned pieces.

A PERSONAL STORY, PAINTED JUST FOR YOU
A painting can capture something uniquely personal, a familiar face, a much-loved animal, or a place that holds particular meaning. I welcome private commissions to create an original painting with a personal story at its heart. If you have something in mind, please get in touch to start a conversation.
PROTECTING AN ORIGINAL
There are occasions when a treasured or valuable painting is simply too important to leave on display. Whether for reasons of security, conservation, value or environmental sensitivity, I can create a carefully painted master copy, that allows an original artwork to be safely stored and protected, while retaining its familiar presence.
